Reliance General Insurance Corporation Ltd (RGCIL) has officially announced that it has entered a strategic partnership with Mayfair We Care Ltd, a UK-based global health benefits administrator, to offer RGCIL policyholders seamless, borderless healthcare and emergency assistance anytime, anywhere in the world.

As part of the deal, Mayfair We Care will operate a 24×7 multilingual alarm centre, providing round-the-clock support to Reliance General customers travelling or residing abroad. The centre will act as a single point of contact for medical and travel-related assistance, reinforcing RGICL’s commitment to delivering customer-first, globally accessible solutions.

The scope of services includes cashless and reimbursement claims support for policyholders overseas, as well as medical referrals, appointment arrangements, and tele-assistance abroad. It also covers emergency medical evacuation and repatriation coordination to ensure timely and reliable support during critical situations. Travel-related services include visa and inoculation information, interpreter referrals, embassy support, and assistance with lost documents or luggage. Additionally, the services encompass compassionate visits, return of minors, coordination of critical services, and comprehensive care beyond medical needs.

Commenting on the partnership, Reliance General Insurance CEO Rakesh Jain said, “At Reliance General, we continuously strive to enhance the value we bring to our policyholders. Partnering with Mayfair We Care allows us to extend world-class, borderless healthcare and travel assistance services, ensuring our customers feel protected and cared for no matter where they are in the world”.

The agreement, which is effective from August 1, 2025, is for an initial term of three years with the possibility of renewal, reflecting a long-term commitment by both organisations to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions in the insurance ecosystem.
